An Oxford massage therapist reported a scam business listing using his address, leading customers to show up after paying deposits. OPD and the FBI’s IC3 are now involved, and residents are urged to verify listings and avoid sending deposits to unknown numbers.

It has recently come to my attention that there is a “business” listed on Google & Yelp (Abby’s Serenity Massage and spa) fraudulently advertising that they are located at my actual business address. A report has been filed with the City of Oxford Police Department and it is under investigation. A report has also been filed through the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3. They have been reported to the Alabama Massage Therapy Licensing Board. They have also been reported to Google. The “business” is requesting prepayment electronically to book services for a business that does not exist in the City of Oxford or at the actual physical address they are advertising under.

Please help me out by going to Google & Yelp and reporting this business and leaving a review under their business stating this is a fraudulent business, does not exist at 328 Snow Street, Oxford and this is an internet scam!
