We provide a wide range of community-based services and supports to adults with psychiatric disorders and to those with both co occurring psych

iatric and substance use disorders. We also provide services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and children with emotional impairments. We provide quality recovery-focused services based on an individual's plan of service. All programs are based on each consumer's person-centered planning process and incorporate trauma-informed care, co occurring mental health and substance use treatment, and integrated healthcare. Qualifications:

Clubhouse Inspiration located in Oxford is looking for a reliable, compassionate Part-Time Driver to join our team!

Schedule:
🗓 Monday–Friday
🕖 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (20 hours/week)

As a Driver, you'll do more than transport members—you'll help make a positive impact in their daily lives. You'll safely drive Clubhouse members between their homes, work, and the Clubhouse while building supportive relationships along the way.

Responsibilities:
✅ Safely transport members to and from the Clubhouse each morning (Holly and Rochester/Pontiac routes)
✅ Transport members to work as needed
✅ Engage with members in a respectful, encouraging manner
✅ Assist with Clubhouse activities and daily operations when driving duties are complete

About the Clubhouse Model:
Clubhouse is an evidence-based community mental health program that helps adults living with serious mental illness build meaningful lives through work, relationships, and community. Staff and members work side-by-side to create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone contributes.

Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Excellent driving record
✔ Chauffeur's License (we'll help you obtain one!)
✔ Driving experience required
✔ Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges is a plus, but not required
