We’re excited to see Coach Hagen Davis stepping into a new opportunity to serve the Oxford community! 👏🏽
Hagen’s journey into physical therapy started with his own experience as an athlete. After suffering a herniated disc playing high school football, physical therapy helped him get back to playing basketball and baseball—and ultimately helped shape the career path he’s pursuing today.
After earning his degree in Exercise Science from Ole Miss, Hagen is now in physical therapy school, where he continues to build his knowledge of movement, mobility, strength, injury prevention, and helping people function at their best.
Over the next several weeks, he’ll have an opportunity to put that knowledge into practice by leading Mobility & Strength Training through the Oxford Park Commission.
The class will focus on helping participants improve mobility, strengthen muscles that are often overlooked, build core stability, improve posture, and simply learn more about how their bodies move.
We’re proud of Hagen for continuing to grow in his profession and for wanting to use what he’s learning to serve others.
And a special thank you to John Davis and the Oxford Park Commission for highlighting Hagen’s story and for continuing to give Rebel Body Fitness opportunities to serve the Oxford community. We truly appreciate the partnership and the trust.
