Grateful Patient Connection: Shonda and Angela Michael
Shonda and Angela Michael recently welcomed their son, Thatcher, at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital. While the delivery began with unexpected complications, the McCullough-Hyde OB team responded quickly and expertly to ensure both mother and baby received the care they needed. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of their caregivers, Shonda and Thatcher are both doing well.
The Michaels are especially grateful for the exceptional care provided by Treven, Mary, Hannah, Kim, Kara, and Holly, as well as Dr. Stein for his care leading up to delivery and Dr. Leques for performing a last-minute emergency delivery.
โI cannot imagine having delivered a baby anywhere else,โ said Shonda.
Saying thank you is a meaningful way to make a great impact. The McCullough-Hyde Foundationโs Grateful Patient Connections program gives patients and families the opportunity to recognize a caregiver or team member who made a difference in your care or the care of a family member with a donation in their honor and/or a special note of thanks. Donations made through Grateful Patient Connections support the mission of the McCullough-Hyde Foundation through the purchase of specialized equipment for McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital.
