Happy Saturday 😁 Mental health is a key part of our well-being, and everybody should have access to support, resources, and information regarding mental health.
Here are warning signs to look out for.
-Talking or joking about su***de. Those "a haha wish I was dead" or "nothing matters" etc
-Preparing for death, giving away your favorite things, writing letters, saying goodbyes
-Drop in hygiene
-Loss of interest in appearance,not bathing,getting dressed,not caring about what one looks like
-Changes in mood,becoming more irritable or aggressive,not wanting to do anything or see friends
-Risk taking behavior (drugs,unprotected s*x)
-History of previous su***de attempts.
IT'S IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT SOME PEOPLE COMMIT SU***DE WITHOUT SHOWING ANY WARNING SIGNS!

Please do check up on your loved ones and friends and be empathetic when addressing such a topic💚

Happy Friday we hope your day has been a great one and we hope your weekend is just as good! When dealing with mental health problems thinking, mood and behavior could be affected including
- Biological factors such as genes or brain chemistry
- Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
- Family history of mental health problems. -Having persistent thoughts and memories you can't get out of your head
-Thinking of harming yourself and others
-Inability to perform daily tasks like getting work or school
