💫Swallow with Confidence: Introducing Our FEES Provider, KK Harrington💫

KK Harrington earned her bachelor's degree in communications from Mississippi State University and subsequently
completed her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Mississippi.

With 14 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), KK has dedicated 11 of those years to performing
Flexible Endoscopic Evaluations of Swallowing (FEES) in various adult settings, including hospitals, nursing homes,
and swing beds.

In addition to her clinical work, KK is committed to cultivating future leaders in the field of Speech-Language Pathology. She teaches Dysphagia and Instrumental Assessment of Swallowing at Jackson State University in Mississippi.

At Carebridge Diagnostics, we believe every patient deserves access to the highest quality swallowing care. Our Mobile FEES services provide accurate bedside swallowing assessments that help identify dysphagia safely and efficiently - right where the patients are most comfortable.

Rehab patients had a colorful day at Silver Cross Health and Rehab!

Tie-dyeing isn’t just a fun, timeless activity - it’s a great way to incorporate all three disciplines of therapy.

Physical Therapy helped residents work on balance and endurance while standing and moving through the activity. Occupational Therapy focused on strengthening muscles and improving arm movement and coordination. Speech Therapy supported cognitive skills like sequencing, problem-solving, and following directions throughout each step. Moments like these turn therapy into something creative, meaningful, and full of joy—one colorful masterpiece at a time!
