Cinco De Mayo!!! 💃🕺🏼 What a fun and successful evening at the BINGO event hosted by Santa Paula Post Acute, Senior Solutions, The Vistas at Oxnard Senior Living Assisted Living, Los Robles Hospice & HH, and the Legacy board and cares! The energy, laughter, and community spirit made for such a memorable night. ❤️

We are so grateful for everyone who came out to support a great cause, with proceeds benefiting the Alzheimer's Association Walk. The BESO Cafe was the perfect festive venue filled with delicious food, great company, and lots of Cinco De Mayo fun! 🌶️🌯🎉

Thank you The Links, Incorporated for stopping by today and educating our residents on April's Oral Health month. 🦷🪥 We learned the following:

1.Brush and Floss Daily.
2.Rinse your mouth and drink plenty of
flourided water.
3.Clean full or Partial dentures every day and
remove them at night.
4.Eat a healthy diet that isn't filled with sugar.
5.Stop smoking and limit alcohol to reduce your
risk of oral cancer.
6.Watch your mouth for changes. Share any
changes with your dentist.
7. Visit your dentist twice a year.
