HAPPY THURSDAY HACK ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friends, my LinkedIn was recently hacked, converted to Chinese, and the account recovery changed to an unfamiliar number. The image has been changed and all the content removed. If you receive ANY messages from me on LinkedIn or any other platform that seem odd (Insta, FB, Whatsapp) you name it - DO NOT RESPOND. ALERT THE PLATFORM OF FRAUD

Please let me know if you see anything fishy. Going through and locking down accounts. Looks like the way they got in was through an old Hotmail or Yahoo email account which I no longer use.

First soulsister walk of the New Year! I've had the privilege of walking many a mile with inspiring women who teach me outstanding things. This beautiful soul inspires with determination and a Phoenix rising capacity that is unmatched. The furry one also yanks me into the ocean, because thats what mermaids and their dogs do, even in the winter. As I arrive in the last month of my thirties, I know that a sisterhood friendship has been the rock to get me through all of life's curves. These walks with women have sculpted my own determination, optimism and hunger for adventure. Here's to walks, talks, and soaked socks.

2018 is the year of the workout selfie! Ok, ok, I know they never left but my frequency of posting greatly declined in 2017. I kinda missed them. This year I have a new training partner (four legged and wicked competitive) and am determined to drop some major lbs and get back into triathlon and marathoning shape and hopefully spur this nearly 40 bod into a mode where a baby might wanna hang out for nine and a halfish months. Cleo and I got started on this fitness endeavor back in November, but the Thomas Fire made it unsafe to exercise outside for nearly a month. Today, the air is clear and our energy is high, so sweat we shall. 3.4 Miles beachy following a 30 minute yoga class and 20 minute meditation. Going to have to get up earlier to pull this off everyday!
