🌕 Tonight, the Full Buck Moon rises—a timeless reminder that growth begins with renewal.

The Full Buck Moon is named for the time of year when bucks begin growing a new set of antlers—a beautiful reminder that nature is always renewing itself. Each season invites us to grow, adapt, and begin again.

The Buddha taught that true transformation begins not by changing the world around us, but by cultivating the heart within. Just as nature renews itself, we too can let go of what no longer serves us and cultivate greater peace, compassion, and wisdom.

If you’re able to, step outside tonight.

Stand beneath the moon.
Close your eyes.
Take three slow, mindful breaths.
Offer a quiet prayer of gratitude for this day and extend loving-kindness to yourself and to all beings.
