🐐🌻 A fun morning at the Farmers Market! 🌻🐐

We had such a great time getting out into the community.

The kids loved meeting Dr. Grimm’s three goats, giving them treats, and getting a few goat snuggles in along the way. 🐐🥰 We also had coloring pages featuring cartoon versions of Dr. Reddy and Dr. Grimm with their goat friends for our little artists to enjoy! 🖍️

A special thank you to Dr. Grimm for bringing the goats and helping make the day so much fun!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, said hello, colored with us, and loved on the goats. We loved spending the morning with you! 💙

We’re excited to share that Dr. Erica Grimm will be at Stonefort Farmers Market with three very special guests—her Nigerian dwarf goats, Poppyseed, Luna, and Henna! 💕

Stop by to say hello, meet the goats, snap a few pictures, and enjoy a fun day supporting our local community. We can’t wait to see all the smiles these sweet girls bring!

The countdown to the first day of school is on! Now is the perfect time to start getting back into a school-night routine.

💤 Try moving bedtime 15–30 minutes earlier each night until you reach your child's school-year schedule. A good night's sleep helps children stay focused, learn better, and keep a positive mood throughout the day.

A little extra sleep now can make those early school mornings much easier! 💙🌙

🎆 Fireworks Are Fun—Safety Comes First! 🇺🇸❤️💙

As you celebrate Independence Day, help keep your little ones safe with these important firework safety tips:

✨ Leave fireworks to the professionals—attend a community fireworks show whenever possible.
🧨 Never allow children to handle or light fireworks, including sparklers. Sparklers can burn at temperatures over 2,000°F!
👀 Always keep children at a safe distance from fireworks.
👟 Wear closed-toe shoes when outdoors around fireworks.
💧 Keep a bucket of water or a hose nearby in case of emergencies.
🐾 Don't forget your pets—they can be frightened by loud noises, so keep them indoors in a safe, comfortable space.

If your child experiences a burn or eye injury from fireworks, seek medical attention right away.
