September is Su***de Prevention Month. Music is proven to help improve mood, coping and connection. Recent research studies show that listening to songs with messages of hope led to significant reduction in suicidal thoughts amongst the participants. What song helps you through a bad day? Makes you feel stronger? Reminds you that things can get better? Makes you want to dance? Or simply makes you feel less alone? 🌟 Staff Spotlight: Allie Webber 🌟

Today’s spotlight is Allie Webber, who is now providing counseling services at our Eufaula location!

Allie works with children, adolescents, and adults, and she accepts Medicaid for clients under 19 years of age.

More about Allie:

I am a proud two time graduate of Auburn University. War Eagle! I received a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies in 2019 and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2023. I have recently begun my Educational Specialist degree in Counseling at Troy University. Go Trojans!

I have previously worked as a special education teacher and vocational rehabilitation counselor in Colorado. I was born and raised in Alabama and am happy to be back in my home state. My philosophy begins with meeting people where they’re at and seeing my clients for the unique and complex individuals that they are. I strive to understand the reality my clients face, the struggles they endure, and in turn, be a reliable source for them to share with and feel truly heard.

🌟Staff Spotlight: Lindsey Dudeck 🌟

Meet Lindsey Dudeck, a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor at Arch Counseling's Eufaula location!

Lindsey provides counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults, creating a supportive and compassionate environment where clients can work toward healing and personal growth.

For insurance, Lindsey accepts:
• Medicaid for children under 19
• Blue Cross Blue Shield for both children and adults

More about Lindsey:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and some of life’s more difficult seasons. I also work with children, offering support in ways that feel natural, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. I’m especially passionate about working with trauma survivors and creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and in control of their process.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a strong person-centered foundation that allows insight to emerge naturally in a way that feels genuine rather than forced.

I also have a special interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental differences. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, navigate social and emotional experiences, and build on their strengths—without asking them to change who they are at their core.

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up as you are and be met with honesty, care, and respect. From there, we can begin to make sense of patterns, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montevallo and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. Outside of work, I enjoy creating art and entertaining friends and family.

“The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can change the quality of their lives by changing the attitudes of their minds.” – William James

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, if you change your thinking, you will improve your life. External factors influence our lives to some degree, but it is mostly how we interpret external factors that has the greatest impact.

Our Licensed Therapists at Arch Counseling are here to help you learn and implement CBT skills to improve your life. Telehealth sessions are also available.
