This Saturday!

YOGA AT THE LAKE THIS SATURDAY! 🧘‍♀️🌿

The weather should be perfect for yoga! 🤞☀️ Join us Saturday at 9:00 AM at Ed Lisenby Lake for a relaxing morning of yoga surrounded by nature.

🐾 ALL proceeds benefit the Ozark-Dale County Humane Society!
💵 Donation-based — minimum $5 donation appreciated
🧘‍♀️ All experience levels welcome — beginners too!

Bring your mat, water & a friend and come start your Saturday doing something good for YOU and the animals! 🐶🐱❤️

🌧️ RAIN OR SHINE — WE’LL STILL HAVE YOGA!
If Mother Nature decides not to cooperate, we’ll simply move our 9:00 AM class indoors to Timberly’s Yoga Studio. We’ll post an update Saturday morning if we need to make the move, so be sure to check our page before heading out.
