Labor Day is a reminder to appreciate hard work but also to remember the person behind it.

You don’t have to earn your rest.

You don’t have to finish everything on your list before you’re allowed to slow down.
And you don’t have to feel guilty for taking a little time for yourself.

This weekend, pause for a moment.

Sleep a little longer. Take a walk. Share a meal with people you love. Put down your phone. Laugh a little. Breathe deeply.

Life is about more than getting things done. It’s also about being present for the moments that make all the hard work worthwhile.

Here’s to working hard, living well, and making time for what matters most.

Happy Labor Day!

What if MS and autoimmune disease aren’t just about decline, but about imbalance in brain energy, inflammation, metabolism, and immune function?

That’s the conversation happening at the Multiple Sclerosis and Autoimmune Summit 4.0 on June 6–10, 2026, a global online event featuring 47 expert-led sessions rethinking autoimmune health from the inside out.

We’ll explore how key systems are connected, including brain energy, gut health, inflammation, metabolism, and nervous system resilience—and what that means for fatigue, memory, and long-term brain health.

If you’ve ever felt like the full picture of MS or autoimmunity is still missing, this summit is designed to bring deeper clarity and understanding.

Today, we honor the heroes whose courage and sacrifice gave us the freedoms we often take for granted.

Memorial Day reminds us how precious life truly is, and how important it is to protect our health, our peace, and the people we love most.

May we carry forward their legacy with gratitude, purpose, and kindness.

What does it really take to keep going when quitting feels easier?

In this conversation, JD Tremblay reflects on humility, limits, and the reality that everyone is on their own journey of pushing through them.

At the center of it all is a simple but powerful idea: define your non-negotiable and start.
Because that first step doesn’t just change your path. It may inspire someone else to start theirs, too.

šŸŽ§ Listen to the full episode to explore how discipline, mindset, and community shape both endurance and life.

In endurance racing, there’s only one real destination—the finish line.

But every athlete falls into one of three categories: DNS (did not start), DNF (did not finish), or finisher.

In this episode, JD Tremblay breaks down what these really mean—not just in sport, but in life, discipline, and the decisions we make before we even begin.

šŸŽ§ Listen to the full conversation to rethink how you start, why you stop, and what it truly means to finish.

JD Tremblay is one of only a few people in the world to complete the EpicDeca—10 Ironman-distance triathlons, back-to-back.

But this episode isn’t about endurance sport. It’s about how the brain learns to build resilience, structure, and discipline under extreme pressure, and why those same principles apply to everyday life.

šŸŽ§ Listen to the full conversation to understand what truly drives human performance beyond limits.

ā€œDiscipline is built through structure and systems, and it starts with your non-negotiable.ā€ – JD Tremblay

Discipline isn’t built in big moments. It’s built through structure, systems, and what you refuse to negotiate with yourself.

In this episode, JD Tremblay breaks down how your ā€œnon-negotiableā€ becomes the foundation for consistency, resilience, and real performance in life.

šŸŽ§Listen to the full conversation to rethink how discipline is actually built, and how to start applying it today.

What started with pride, setbacks, and a moment of forced simplicity eventually became a turning point in JD Tremblay’s path.

A fall in Victoria, a bike left untouched for years, and a season of life where excuses stopped being an option.

Sometimes the journey into Ironman and ultra-endurance doesn’t begin with ambition. It begins when life quietly removes every other choice.

From there, everything changed.

šŸŽ§ Listen to the full conversation to see how setbacks, timing, and mindset shaped JD’s journey, and what it truly takes to reach the highest level of endurance.

05/07/2026

Before ultra-endurance, there was no spotlight—just structure, discipline, and a relentless drive to keep moving forward.

JD Tremblay didn’t start as an ultra-endurance athlete. He started in a very different world—where systems mattered, missions had to be completed, and there was no room for guessing.

Somewhere along that path, everything began to connect in a way most people never see coming.

šŸŽ§ Listen to the full episode to uncover how it all shifted, and what that foundation really became.
