I want to thank Firman Power Equipment for being in the area. They are helping people fix generators after the storm whether it’s their generators or not. FREE OF CHARGE!!

As most of you know, we’re on a journey to have our second child. We have a lot of expensive medication’s that needs to be refrigerated. Along with other needs for a generator. I’ve had my Firman generator since 2019 and it started every single time. 

I had a very rare part failure after 7 years of ownership. I called up the manufacturer, within a ring or two, I talked to a person and they directed me to a Firman crew in Pensacola. They got me a part and showed me how to install it. They didn’t charge me a thing!

I watched them in that time I was there, probably answer and helped 30+ people with their generators, whether it was their products or not. They instructed everybody to bring the generators to the Lowe’s parking lot and they would fix it for them free of charge or they could
