I will be going offline shortly after ringing in the new year tonight. I take the entire month of January off. I started this back in 2019, and that first year I took December off. The following year, I switched it to January, logging off after midnight, so I truly got a fresh start in February.

Time for the 6th annual FB break. This will be good.

Just a reminder that at midnight New Years Eve, I will be signing off FB for my annual break. I will return in February!

Day 1: How Do You Reset After a Stressful Day?

Welcome to 100 Days of Self-Care, beach babes!

Before we can help others find their calm, we’ve gotta ride our own waves first. 🌞

Maybe your reset looks like:
🌺 A sunset walk with sand between your toes
☕ A quiet cup of coffee watching the sunrise
🛁 A long soak with your favorite magnesium soak
📱 Or even a few guilt-free minutes unplugged from the world

Whatever helps you exhale, share it! 💛

Post your reset moment on your page or story, then drop it in the comments below so we can all soak up some inspiration from each other. 🌴

Let’s remind everyone that self-care isn’t selfish — it’s our daily tide that brings us back to center.
