Yesterday, James Sellers sustained significant injuries after a motor vehicle crash and is currently unable to see patients. It is undetermined how long James will be unavailable during his long road to recovery. We know many of you have built a trusted relationship with James, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.

Michael and Chris are working together to ensure your care continues without interruption. During this time, we will take the time to get to know your individual health history, concerns, goals, and preferences.
