It's May! I am posting the May, June, and July calendars here today, so you have an idea of what's to come. I will be out of the office June 24-July 11. I am accompanying my daughter on a once in a lifetime trip to Europe with the Ambassadors of Music program. I will return to the office, hopefully fully refreshed, for regular hours on July 13th. Make plans now to get in before I leave. Appointments will be filling up fast!

Days 25 of the Vinia hydration challenge! Sipped on my Lemon Lime VINIA while I did a 30 minute full body shred from The Betty Rocker. Later watched my husband, brother, nephew, son and his friends play paintball for his 12th birthday party. No, I didn’t participate. Looked fun, but no welts needed!

Days 23 & 24 of the Vinia hydration challenge! Slow on posting, but still participating! Summer Orange in my water yesterday after a 40 min Yoga Flow. Fruit Punch today. We were supposed to be going roller skating after the Youth Rally tonight, but the Spirit moved and we danced the night away until the rink was getting ready to close! ’sTimeToFight
