Many attention struggles begin much deeper than behavior.
When the nervous system is overwhelmed, dysregulated, or not processing sensory information efficiently, the brain can have a harder time filtering, organizing, focusing, and staying present.
This is why brain-based sensory movement and regulation work matter so much.
Before we can expect focus, learning, or emotional regulation, the brain and body need to feel safe, connected, and organized first.
