I totally forgot to post!! This summer has been crazy! So, I got to work on these two standardbred race horses last week. Two completely different personalities but both were really fun to work on!

I've got a long story to share, but it's a good one... During Spring Break, my daughter took her horse to Cassidy's Cause. While there she tried working with her and riding her. She hasn't done a whole lot of riding on her because this horse was traumatized at the trainers several years ago and since then has just been a horse in a field until my daughter started working with her (she was owned by a friend which now my daughter owns). She gets really anxious and stiff when having a saddle put on her, tosses her head up when she gets on her, and all sorts of other small cues that she is trying to work through. So, during this time frame my daughter calls me up and asks if I could come do some Craniosacral Therapy on her to see if that would help anything. So, I did. I did the therapy without the saddle on and then I did the therapy with the saddle on, along with her putting weight on the saddle all the way to her sitting in the saddle. Then she gave her a couple weeks off (mainly due to moving her to her new home/stable, weather, and school busyness)... so, last night she goes out to ride her, she seemed a little anxious walking to arena, but then she put the saddle on her, got her all ready and climbed on her and this beautiful horse didn't react to any of it. She was calm, she was relaxed, she didn't pop her head up, she even walked at the pace she was asked. If that doesn't show you what a simple session of Craniosacral work can do for your horse.... I don't know what will. It is healing in many aspects... Let me know if you are interested in helping your horse!

BW and Leroy from Cassidy’s Cause got some much needed attention yesterday! These two work very hard in their program and love every minute of it! Leroy has never had a massage before, so he wasn’t as relaxed as he should have been, he kept a very close eye on me at all times. I did get him to relax briefly towards the end.. 😂 BW knows and completely loved it!

Norman!! This boy was excited to see me when I walked in the arena at EVS! ❤️ He’s got such a fun personality, his owner Laura is one lucky lady to have him! He’s improving which is always a good thing.

So, Monday I had the pleasure of working on a couple horses at Cassidy’s Cause.. Doc and Montana. Doc is so sweet and Montana is sweet too, just has some trust issues but towards the end of his massage he finally started to relax.

Worked on this beautiful mare today at EVS… I’ve worked on her before but she lives far away, and only comes a handful of times a year… she enjoyed her “me” time this morning!
