SUCCESS STORY: Meet Autumn. She reports "I struggled for 6 years, between alcohol, m**h, fentanyl and any other substance I could find. I started using at 16 and it started with being young, wanting to party, to all day everyday my life revolved around my addiction. Years kept going by, I realized it was a problem but I was a kid; I never thought I needed rehab. It came to the point of Iโ€™m not a kid anymore. I have my own daughter. I was losing jobs left and right for being high or drunk. I realized I couldnโ€™t live this way. I donโ€™t want my daughter to live this way. I wasted so much time using instead of experiencing my daughter grow up. The day I came to MOH was the day that changed my life. I made the best memories, made lifelong friends and I learned who I was sober. I have been clean from m**h for almost 18 months, and I havenโ€™t used fentanyl in over 2 years. I owe it all to God and the amazing staff at Mountain of Hope. To anyone still struggling youโ€™re never alone. And if you know anyone struggling, give them grace. Be patient. They will reach the day that theyโ€™re sick and tired, of being sick and tired. IT IS POSSIBLE! ....... And WE DO RECOVER! ๐Ÿ’š

SUCCESS STORY: Meet LeaAnn! She reports "I was born a fighter. I was born when my mom was 6 months along and weighed 2 lbs 10 oz. I have been abused pretty much my whole life. It started with my mother and all of my serious relationships besides one have all been abusive in one way or another. I was an alcoholic by the age of 14. I have been in and out of mental hospitals since I was a teenager and was introduced to hard drugs when I was 19. They pretty much took over my life from the get-go. I've been in and out of jail and been to prison because of my drug use. I am proud to say that I have now been sober for over three years; since 3-17-23! I have had the same job for three years and I can handle situations now that used to send me straight to drugs all because I trust in God, go to meetings, work with my sponsor and give back. I am thankful for the help from MOH and proud to be where I am today". ๐Ÿ’š
