2. Not doing your exercises, but nothing is working.

Let me explain👇🏼
1. No one should be telling you that being in pain is just part of getting older. Yes, aging and muscle decline is normal… BUT strength training can combat all the negative effects!
2. I give you my 100% with the expectation you will give me your 100%. Exercises are given with the intent to make you better!
3. Progressive overloading is key to strength building and reversing poor movement patterns!
4. Rest is likely never the answer!
5. If you continue to avoid painful movements, your body will continue to strengthen the compensations and you will never get back to those movements. Fixing painful movements means working into them and strengthening the good patterns!
