Prepare 2 balanced meals without electricity using the food, water, and cooking methods you have on hand.

Try to:
Use foods and supplies from your emergency stock
Keep it simple, safe, and satisfying
Take note of what worked (and what didn’t)

Think about:
Did you have everything you needed?
Did your cooking method work well?
Did you use more water than you expected?
Would you actually eat these meals?

Remember, this is practice—not perfection! The goal is to find the problems now, while you have time to fix them.
