Come join me and experience what it means to forest bath in our beautiful San Juan mountains.
Forest bathing is spending time in nature and learning to use your senses to calm the mind and body and remember what it is like to be a child again.

This is my idea of retirement!

I hope we have great weather for this event that is put out every year by Southwest Organization for Sustainability. It is a fun time for the entire family with music, events, local small business and their unique offerings. Lots of educational information and activities for the whole family. I will have my booth there to learn about how to destress in our beautiful backyard. Come down o the Grow domes by the river and see for yourself!
