Our mission is to support the well being of individuals, our children, elders, the land and our community as a whole. Kupukupu can translate from Hawaiian in several different ways depending on how it is being used. For our intention, most simply Kupu means “to sprout, grow or germinate” and the Kupukupu fern is one of the first plants to bring life back to the land after a lava flow and initiates the coming of the forest. The heart of Kupukupu Yoga is being an oasis for transformation.

Aloha dear yogis. We are going into some serious weather in the next few days. Please be safe everyone. Kanani has canceled today’s class and will watch the weather to determine if it’s safe to have classes next week. If the schools are closed, there will not be a class. Stay dry and hopefully this storm will pass quickly and uneventfully.
