This is how we celebrate before, during and after the storm 🥰 It felt like the holidays and like camping, with the ease of being home. It was so nice to unplug, and after Day 4 of no electricity, we are grateful to have a hot shower, lights, a flushing toilet, and a full kitchen.
This week has got me thinking about a lot and how we can honor Nature more, how we can be happy with less.
My highlights: bathing naked outside with a bucket. Plucking a coconut from a tree and drinking it without using a machete. Jogging with my love while he went rollerblading. Late night KTA searching for munchies.
It was a wild bday week, and now birthday boy Dustin is ready to celebrate his 🥳🎉🦁 Yes, two Leos. Best friends 💕💕 We have so much fun when we don’t have to work😂
Also, our hearts go out to our Ka’u folks and those who had a horrible week. There are many ways to volunteer and donate!! Check my stories🙏🙏 I love Big Island ❤️🤙🏽
