Forever Recovery Club - REMINDER OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - SUNDAY OCTOBER 11. MEET & GREET. Doors open 730am. 8am to 10am. Drop in and learn more about another innovation in recovery and community health! Mesquite and Hwy 160, Suite 800, two doors down from the Living Free Cafe

LEARN ABOUT HOW WE WILL BE ORGANIZING:
ACTIVITIES such as: Christmas caroling, hiking & sporting, attending entertainment events, etc.’
EDUCATION such as: Peer Recovery Support Specialist credentialing, attending job skills classes taught by Living Free and other professionals, etc.;
VOLUNTEERISM such as: taking teams to help other nonprofits on their missions building beds for kids, ramps for the disabled, cleaning trash, picking up donkey and horse poo, etc.;
CELEBRATION: which will include lengths of sobriety, attainment of education degrees, training certificates,etc.
This community club will allow people to participate to the degree which fits into their schedules. All of our activities will be “sober” e.g. if the group attended a ball game, we would expect people would not consume alcoholic beverages. But being a recovering addict or alcoholic is not a requirement to be being a club member.
Our purpose is INCLUSIVE. We are creating a healthy, nontoxic, real world environment for anyone seeking camaraderie, an opportunity to give back and a safe place to make new friends, explore new interests, learn new skills, find more purpose in life through volunteering and charity.
