We’ve made tremendous progress, and we’re excited to officially enter the final stage of our studio renovations! Thank you for your continued patience, flexibility, and support throughout this process.

📅 STUDIO CLOSURE DETAILS

* Tuesday, August 11: The 7:15 p.m. class is canceled. All other classes will be held as scheduled.
* Wednesday, August 12: Studio closed
* Thursday, August 13: Studio closed
* Friday, August 14: Studio closed

🌿 FREE YOGA AT THE CONCORD TOWNSHIP GAZEBO

As promised, we’ll offer four free, 60-minute, all-levels classes during the closure:

* Wednesday, August 12: 9:00 a.m. + 5:30 p.m.
* Thursday, August 13: 9:00 a.m.
* Friday, August 14: 9:00 a.m.

Space is limited to 20 students, so please register in advance. Bring your own mat and any props you may need.

New students must complete a waiver online by creating a profile or at the class using a paper copy. Existing Lake Yoga students do not need to complete another waiver.

🙌 INTERESTED IN HELPING?

Volunteers are appreciated on either of the following days:

* Tuesday, August 11 beginning at 6:30 p.m.: Moving cubbies and furniture out of the lobby and yoga studio
* Saturday, August 15: Moving bikes from the warehouse, assembling furniture, and helping put the studios together. Specific volunteer times are still being determined.

Since 2018, these four women have walked through the doors of Lake Yoga nearly 5,000 times.

Experience an evening of deep relaxation and energetic balance as we journey through the seven chakras using the transformative power of sound.

Through crystal singing bowls, chimes, and intentionally selected instruments, you’ll be guided into a space designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and energetic alignment. Each guest will also receive a special chakra-inspired gift to extend the experience beyond the evening.

Led by Erika, Master-Level Sound Immersion Facilitator, professional musician, and certified practitioner in sound frequency, this experience is rooted in over a decade of dedicated practice. Erika has facilitated more than 200 sound immersion experiences, sharing her work in amphitheaters, stages, parks, restaurants, breweries, yoga studios, private events, corporate team-building settings, and intimate gatherings. Sound is not just her practice—it is the foundation of her teaching and expression.
