I just wanted to give my new address in case someonw needs records for disability, or to qualify for school assistance if you have a disability, or for school, etc. I appreciate each one of my former clients and hope are doing well. Please share: I am saddened to say that Crossroads is closing . I have closed the physical office but I also will not be doing Telehealth anymore . I have told most clients my plans in the last few months, but some who have missed appointments or not been scheduled may not be aware. I am seeing very few clients at this time and am trying to help those in severe crisis transition. I have meant to send a letter before this time, but have been very sick the last couple weeks. I care about my clients & took on long hours to try to keep Crossroads, but this was damaging my health & I just couldn’t continue. Please utilize local services or you my try online National services. If you have thoughts of su***de please go to the ER or call 911.I hope I helped clients & they know how much I truly care about them . I agonized over this decision. Thank you,
