It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Paintsville pediatrics effective march-31st-2024. We have been honored to serve your healthcare needs for 20 years, and we appreciate the trust you have placed in us.

Important Information for Patients:

Last Day of Operations: march-31st-2024
Medical Records: You may request your medical records by contacting our office at 606-789-5541 or by emailing [[email protected]]. We will be happy to assist you in transferring your records to your new healthcare provider.
Finding a New Provider: We encourage you to find a new healthcare provider as soon as possible to ensure continuity of care. We are happy to provide you with a list of local providers upon request.
Medication Refills: If you require a refill on your medication before finding a new provider, we can provide you with a 30-day supply. Please contact the office at least 5 days in advance to request a refill.
We understand that this transition may be inconvenient, and we apologize for any disruption it may cause. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for our patients and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
