Nestled in the hills of Eastern Kentucky, Mountain Manor is a 126-bed, skilled nursing facility where we believe caring is ageless. Serving the community since 1995, our professional staff provides compassionate care to the residents, as well as their families. Additionally, we have a team of medical professionals on staff incl
uding social workers, dietitians and physicians. We offer 24 hour-a-day nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as planned daily activities. Residents returning home after an illness or surgery may rehabilitate in a more private setting. Our FB Ground Rules:
