Posture tends to change as we age… but that does not mean you’re stuck that way.
One simple drill we love is using a PVC pipe in a doorway to gently open up the chest, shoulders, and upper back — areas that often get tight from years of sitting, driving, reading, phone use, or looking down.
This exercise can help improve:
✅ Rounded shoulders
✅ Forward head posture
✅ Upper back stiffness
✅ Shoulder mobility
✅ Breathing mechanics
✅ Overall posture awareness
The goal is not to force anything. Move slowly, breathe, and let your body open up gradually.
Try this for 30–60 seconds at a time and see how your posture feels afterward.
Aging does not have to mean shrinking, stiffening, or losing mobility. Small daily habits can make a big difference.
Save this for later and send it to someone who needs a simple posture reset.
