Every day we cross bridges, whether physical or metaphorical.

Some bridges are easy, some are challenging but they all get us to the next destination.

The next time you notice yourself crossing a bridge, pause for a moment to acknowledge how special of a moment it is. It's like starting a new chapter. A bridge is symbolic of new territory, new experiences, new adventure. Maybe this bridge is the beginning of a new path. Maybe it is the crossing over of an old habit. Maybe it is simply crossing a bridge.

Whatever your bridge is, pause and reflect on the side you are leaving and the side you are about to walk into.
