I’ve made a small change that I think will help me give every client the best experience possible.

Moving forward, all new client appointments will need to be booked online through Vagaro.

Over the years, my schedule has become incredibly full (something I’m so grateful for), and I want to make sure my focus stays where it belongs—on the client who’s on my table, not on my phone.

Booking online gives you access to my real-time availability, services, pricing, and policies anytime, day or night.

This change is simply to help me create better boundaries, minimize interruptions during treatments, and continue providing the level of care you deserve.

What do cupping marks mean?

Cupping marks are not bruises in the usual sense. They can show how much stagnation or restriction was in an area before treatment.

Here’s an easy way to understand it:

Light pink
Usually means the area has pretty good circulation and less tension.

Red or darker pink
Can mean there is more tightness, irritation, or stuck blood flow in that area.

Dark purple
Often shows deeper stagnation, long-term tension, or an area that needs more attention.

Fading yellow or light brown
Usually means the area is healing and the mark is going away.

Important to know:
The color does not always tell the full story. Every body is different. Mark color can depend on:
• how tight the tissue is
• how long the cups stayed on
• how strong the suction was
• hydration
• skin tone and sensitivity

Simple way to explain it:
The darker the mark, the more that area may have been congested or restricted — but darker does not automatically mean “worse.”

Good reminder:
Cupping should never feel scary. The marks are temporary and usually fade within several days to about 1–2 weeks.
