Palestine Family Medicine, Walk In Clinic, & Extended Hours
Palestine General Surgery, and
Palestine Orthopaedics.

We are working to address this issue, and all appointments remain as scheduled.

Palestine Regional Medical Center and Clinics are experiencing a vendor-related outage preventing all incoming and outgoing phone traffic. Our commitment to our patients and to this community remains steadfast, all appointments and procedures will continue as scheduled, and we are available to provide fully functional care to our patients and our community.

At this time, anyone looking to contact the hospital by phone should call 903-394-3080. Due to limited network capabilities, callers will be asked to provide essential information and will then be contacted by the appropriate department or person as quickly as possible.

This is not an isolated outage, as numerous customers across the state are impacted. However, we are working tirelessly to address the situation, utilizing every available resource at our disposal. During this time, we ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate these issues.
