POP Pilates is RETURNING to the Palisade Gymnasium NEXT TUESDAY August 4 at 745 AM.

POP Pilates is a mat pilates inspired fitness program that will help lengthen, strengthen, and improve mobility and flexibility. It is low-impact and gentle on the joints. NO EQUIPMENT except a yoga mat!

Not sure if it is for you? Please come to the FREE 30 minutes class THIS SATURDAY 8/1 at 745AM to try it out :)
