At 53 yrs old, things just aren’t as easy as they were when you were 43, 33, 23…especially when it comes to your body composition.
Especially when you want to do it through precise nutrition and exercise.
I’m not against help and have seen (and encouraged) a tremendous amount of my middle aged female patients to use G*P1…in fact I did microdose it for a few months to see how it effected my glucose.
But, there was something for me personally that I just couldn’t follow through with it.
So, through all the insane hormone flux and the high amounts of stress I’ve been through over the past few months (family drama, aging parents, etc), I’ve noticed that my midsection just keeps growing.
And I hate it.
I feel blessed and grateful for this healthy body but I would be lying if I said “I’m ok with feeling thicker than usual”.
There is a way to get back on track.
And some will say “but Bianca, your a functional nutrition practitioner” and to that I say “yes, but we too are impacted by perimenopause and sometimes it’s hard to keep yourself on track too…”
So, I decided to make it my mission to employ Claude co-work to create a full nutritional plan for me. Complete with calculating my exact macros, fiber, water, exercise, full recipes and a grocery list.
Today’s day 1. So far, hit my target and feeling optimistic.
Drop the word Claude and I’ll DM you the exact prompt you can feed Claude or ChatGPT to create your own DIY program.
It is based on all the most recent PubMed papers in exercise and nutrition for women going through their changes.
Yes, I still take on limited clients for 1:1 coaching but I wanted to create this as a DIY.
Comment CLAUDE and it’s yours!
