Yesterday, I went back to work 👐🏽after a 6 month hiatus and happy to be back at it. I have a sincere passion for this occupation and it’s hardly work at all. Thankful for for for welcoming me to their team 🙏🏼

🧠New Certification. Who dis?

This was the one educational goal I wanted to walk out of my time off of work with. It taught me a consistent framework for improving the human movement system with repeatable posture, dynamic movements, and mobility tests to better assist my future clients! That’s what it’s all about.

🥳🥳🥳 Even though I don’t desire to be a personal trainer I decided to take on studying with to improve my knowledge of the human body so I can be a better massage therapist! 👐🏽 I completed the first of three certs available from them. I completed it over 3 months, in 3 countries, and 8 different cities ✈️ achieving 50 credit hours which I have no one to turn them into but myself 💁🏻‍♀️. This sites value is amazing, while it isn’t an accredited certification it is partnered with several colleges curriculum and recognized by national bodies for physical therapy, personal training, massage therapy, and athletic trainers for continued education. I look forward to putting it to use and will continue to use this site as a great resource 💪🏼💙

Another one for the books 📖 ☑️ Shout out to my MT teacher for giving me all these books when I asked her for things to study for sports massage. This one broke down a ton of exercises and progressions and which muscles they will build. Also had a ton of tips and tricks for programming. It reassured me of how much I already know…and this little kitten approved of the book too! 😻

Excellent and simple read from a massage therapist to a number of Olympian athletes, triathlon and marathon winners, Joan Johnson. I read it in 2 days! My favorite was chapter 9- Massaging the mind 🧠 I have always enjoyed prep & recovery techniques like massage and visualization. I believe balancing out intense training with intense relaxation allows our bodies to go harder and it’s just fun work 🤩

Hola! Although I am leaving Florida in a few days I have had the best experience ever because of stuff like this 😁 thank you!

I am still adapting to this career but have seen some serious improvement this week. I worked way too much for days straight and even though I am tiredaf I’m not in pain. 👏🏼

I’ll be spending the summer learning on an extended vacay to be better than yesterday. Happy 30th bday gift to me :) Letsss GO! #🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

21 Days left here. 🥲 If you didn’t know, me and my practice will be heading to Charlotte NC. This place was everything I needed and right on time as usual. I have had a short but wonderful 4 months here and it showed me what the hell i am capable of and also not capable of. (I am not a machine that can do endless hours of work) I love my job to tears ❤️ I can’t wait to learn more 🙏🏼 Thank you universe 💫 You da best 💫 , and all the people who supported me as clients and followers.
