I was really excited to help restore her appearance to the way she pictured her eyes in her own mind. There were a lot of anatomical changes happening here. One month after undergoing an upper and lower blepharoplasty with upper eyelid ptosis repair surgery and she already looks more youthful but her appearance remains recognizable. Although there is still a little swelling, I love the volume. With this anatomy, it is important to recognize that lifting the brows here would expose a hollow superior sulcus, which actually creates a more aged or skelotonized appearance.
