Just trying to get more happiness out of my uplifting daily cups of coffee! Let’s see what evolves from this new hobby of home roasting the best beans from all over the world. First batch was not perfect, but a success indeed from what I can see! Pretty evenly roasted medium dark roast - just to my liking! Look forward to an amazing cup of home roasted beans tomorrow! Hope it turns out to be great.
