ASR Group's Operations Leaders in Training (OLIT) program helps veterans transition into civilian operations leadership roles by building on the proven leadership, decision-making and ability to perform under pressure they developed as commissioned military officers. Now being piloted at our Lakeville Plant in New York State, the program gives participants hands-on experience and mentorship as they prepare for future leadership opportunities across our organization.

We're proud to introduce our first two Operations Leaders in Training — Greg Staton and Xavier Wilson — who are taking the next step in their careers, with mentorship from fellow veterans John O'Brien and Ben Sadler.

Excellent work to the team at our Domino Sugar Baltimore Refinery!

Our volunteer oyster gardeners completed another successful season in partnership with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation! The 300,000+ oysters we've grown since 2018 — now all living at a sanctuary reef at Fort Carroll — filter more than 15 million gallons of water daily in the Patapsco River.
