We Will Never Forget.

On September 11, 2001, 2,977 lives were lost, and countless acts of courage, sacrifice, and selflessness followed.

Twenty-five years later, we pause to remember those we lost, honor the heroes who answered the call, and reflect on the unity that brought a nation together.

May their legacy remind us that even in our darkest moments, courage rises, compassion leads, and unity endures.

What have we been up to lately??? Sweet treats and even sweeter moments!

Our residents and team members have been enjoying some deliciousness - Parfait Bar, refreshing Creamsicles, and classic S’mores! From building the perfect parfait to enjoying favorite summertime treats, there was something for everyone to enjoy. 😋

Great treats, great company, and plenty of smiles—that’s a recipe for super fun!

Aviata Health Group is incredibly proud to share a sneak peek of People Worth Caring About, an upcoming national docuseries created in partnership with Florida Health Care Association.

We are especially proud that Aviata at Emerald Shores was selected as one of only eight skilled nursing centers across Florida invited to participate in this meaningful project.

Filming took place this past April, capturing the people, relationships, and moments that make long-term care so special. The series is expected to begin airing in late fall/early winter, and we cannot wait for audiences to see the heart behind the care provided every day at Emerald Shores.

This opportunity is a wonderful reflection of the compassion and dedication of our team members and the incredible residents who make our community what it is.
