Our bodies were meant to move, yet many of us spend more than 50% of our day seated at our desk-which is a recipe for neck and back pain, decreased mobility, poor balance, muscle stiffness, and decreased athletic performance to name a few. 😳

It’s essential to be mindful of your posture and seated at your desk. Proper sitting posture at a desk can help promote a healthy back and spine.

Here’s a few tips for proper desk sitting posture:
1️⃣ Keep your ears, shoulders, and hips aligned.
2️⃣ Evenly distribute your weight over both hips (avoid leaning to one side).
3️⃣ Maintain the normal low back curve, using a roll towel or small pillow for extra support.
4️⃣ Come see your Chiro when all else fails!

"I have been getting treatment (severe back pain) and have experienced almost total correction of my problem. In the time I have been under treatment both of the Doctors have worked on my problems - different styles of adjustments but both helped a lot! I am now doing twice per month maintenance because I NEVER want to go back to the pain I used to experience and am very satisfied.

All of the people working there (including the office staff) and committed to making things better and are very personable and friendly. I have gone for chiropractic treatment before and they are a good, at least, two levels higher than the treatment I received before. I highly recommend them as skilled professionals and just plain great people!"

PAIN (Pay Attention Inside Now) 🤯

“But doc I’m not in pain anymore, why do I need to come back?”

Pain is like being at someone’s wedding you barely know, the last one to come, the first one to leave. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Once you feel “pain”, that is a sign that your body has lost the ability to “function properly” in a particular area: low back, neck, shoulder, hip, etc.

Improved function = less likelihood of pain in the future.

Once you are no longer in “pain,” that is the perfect opportunity to start working on improving how your body “functions.”
