We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Rehabilitation Technician to join our outpatient therapy team! If you enjoy helping others and want to be part of a supportive, patient-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

At Palm Coast Sports Medicine & Rehab Center, we’ve proudly served Flagler County for over 30 years, providing personalized Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy with compassionate, one-on-one care.

Responsibilities:

* Assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists during patient treatment sessions
* Prepare treatment areas and equipment
* Guide patients through therapist-directed exercises
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy gym
* Stock supplies and assist with daily clinic operations
* Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
* Assist with light front office duties, including:
* Answering phones
* Greeting and checking patients in and out
* Scheduling appointments
* Filing and scanning documents
* Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous healthcare, customer service, or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Interest in healthcare or rehabilitation is encouraged

Schedule:

* Part-Time
* Flexible weekday hours

Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist and/or OTA

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) and/ or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

* Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
* Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and improve quality of life.
* Collaborate with our PT, OT, and ST team to provide exceptional patient care.
* Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications

* Current Florida OT or COTA license.
* Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Lymphedema certification or experience is highly preferred, but not required. We welcome applicants who are interested in expanding their clinical skills and growing with our practice.
