I feel immense joy teaching others the methods, practices, and techniques I’ve used myself for years to making incredible changes in my life.

Healing is personal and deeply unique, yes, but it is also something you share. There is no greater feeling than sharing healing practices with your community, your tribe, with people who are eager to soak up all the knowledge so that they too can become better versions of themselves. ❤️‍🩹

My passion and calling for teaching arrives as artistic, meditative, and sound healing vessels. Everyone has their unique talent in teaching others, and once you find that passion, it has a ripple effect, flowing out to everyone you meet.

To see people’s lives change for the better; to see women return to themselves and find their purpose again, well….that’s what it’s all about.
