It is interesting how often we let our minds wonder to criticize others. Often we criticize based from assumptions. Consider the definition of meditation. Are you being held captive to a negative thought pattern? God lets us know that by casting a judgment to others we are condeming ourselves to the same. Hold your thoughts captive (2Cor 10:5), find a scripture verse that will extinguish the thought/assumption you are making and let God transform your thinking. (Rom 12:2).
