Upgraded Clinic Space!

I'm proud to announce I upgraded my treatment space to a much larger room more suitable for higher level rehab exercises and I am now available by appointment Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM located inside Kingdom Performance and Wellness Club.

Services I offer include but are not limited to:
*Detailed examination and evaluation to identify mobility, strength, flexibility, soft tissue, and biomechanical abnormalities
*Customized exercise programming
*Always individualized 1 on 1 treatment for 30-60 minute sessions
*Advanced manual therapy techniques including cupping and myofascial release instruments when indicated
*Dry Needling
*Blood flow restriction training
*Facilitated stretching
