Dr. John Yadegar is gathering a collection of patient stories to help future patients learn more about the care, support, and long-term relationships he has built with so many patients over the years.
If you’re interested in participating, here’s a few things you should know:
⏺️You’ll be asked to record one or more short videos (about 30–60 seconds each) answering a few simple questions about your experience.
⏺️Videos should be recorded vertically on your smartphone in a quiet, well-lit location. You’ll receive recording tips and sample videos.
⏺️Participants will be asked to sign a patient authorization before recording, since videos may be used on Dr. Yadegar’s website, social media, Google Business Profile, and other educational or promotional materials.
⏺️Participation is completely voluntary, and there is no compensation.
