🏃‍♂️ Lunges – One of Dr. August’s favorite stretches!
Lunges are perfect for opening up tight hips, stretching the low back, and improving overall mobility. Sitting for long periods can tighten your hip flexors and put extra strain on your lower back — lunges help improve lower body circulation and prepare your body for better posture and movement throughout the day.

How to do it:

Step your right foot forward into a comfortable lunge.

Keep your chest tall and hips squared.

Hold for 15–20 seconds, then switch legs.

💆‍♂️ Tip: Move slowly and feel the stretch in your hips and low back — your body will thank you!
