I have seen an increase in this type of pain since more people have been working from home. It is always best to take breaks, walk around, and stretch the neck, back and legs! When sitting try to maintain proper posture, which typically involves keeping your computer screen at an appropriate height.

If pain occurs or persists, acupuncture and cupping can be extremely helpful.
