Aplomb is proud to be part of the Harwood Public Innovators initiative supporting the North River community! ✨

Last week, Dr. Shalia participated in a two-day Harwood Public Innovators training alongside community leaders and citizens committed to listening, learning, and creating meaningful change.

Dr. Shalia is honored to serve on the Manatee North River Youth Action Team and looks forward to working collaboratively to support young people, families, and the broader North River community.

We are grateful to be part of this important, community-driven initiative. 💜

At Aplomb, we believe in encouraging youth to find their voice, lead with purpose, and give back to their community. 💛

Today, we are proud to celebrate , our Youth Community Ambassador! 🎉 Jordyn has continued to support community events we participate in and recently took part in CareerSource Suncoast’s Summer Youth Program with Envision America in Palmetto.

Her leadership was recognized when she was selected as the student representative keynote speaker at their recent graduation. What an incredible accomplishment! 👏🏽🎤

As Jordyn prepares to enter her final year of high school, she is already continuing to grow as a leader. She is now headed to two weeks of youth leadership experiences — first in Tallahassee, where she will focus on uplifting and encouraging youth with disabilities, and then in New Jersey, where she will join youth leaders from across the nation. ✨

We love and support Jordyn as she continues building her educational and career ambitions. Great job, Jordyn! We are so proud of you! 💛🌟

The Swing Set Institute is launching the second cohort of In-Spire - a summer program for light-hearted imagineers of mental health in education. Let’s co-create a collective care community where we can be real together and find fresh wisdom for the emotional side of the journey of education. :)
